Video: Landa S10 Nanographic Printing Press Update
It took longer than Benny Landa promised us at the last DRUPA, but the assembly of the first Landa S10 Nanographic Printing Press has started. Landa explains in a press release there were two reasons for the delay. Accessibility for the press operator had to be improved which meant that the press needed to be redesigned and the quality of the prints needed to be improved to get to the quality levels promised. We haven´t been able to see for ourselves yet, but it seems that the beta test candidates are very satisfied with the quality. Accessibility seems to be fine too as you can see from the video. If you pay attention you will see the Komori engineer working on the paper feed. The fact that Komori is involved is practically a guarantee of paper feed perfection.
