Toronto and the South Western part of Canada are faced with a shortage of personnel for the graphic arts industry. The biggest jobsite www.printjobs.ca shows a steady growth in job advertisements for binders and printers over the past three years, whilst the number of people looking for a job in the graphic arts sector is stalling. The result is a problem for graphic companies to find suitable staff. The top 5 of vacancies is : binders, printers pre-pressers, production staff and sales staff.
