Cimpress reorganising Vistaprint

Cimpress announced a big reorganisation for internet printer Vistaprint. At the beginning of the year Cimpress decentralised its organisation and 3,000 employees were allocated to Vistaprint. This will be minimised in 2018, but it is not clear yet how many jobs will be lost in Venlo. The reorganisation will cost between $15 and $17 million and should generate savings of $20-$22 million per year. Cimpress announced this during the presentation of their quarterly figures. The company saw a revenue growth of 27% to $563.3 million (resulting in +12% after )exchange rate correction).
Vistaprint saw a growth of 11% in the past quarter to $319 million.
