Morgana introduce new larger format DigiBook at IPEX

Morgana Systems will be exhibiting a wide range of online ine nishing products from all of its’ key product lines, including the latest developments with the hugely successful autoCreaser Pro and DigiFold Pro creaser/folder range.

New introductions for IPEX will include the AutoCreaser Pro 385, featuring a new style of creasing mechanism. Users can li out a creasing blade set and change to another blade thickness in less than a minute.

Latest enhancements to the PUR binder range will feature in the new DigiBook 300XLPro – a 300 books per hour machine – including a change to single-phase power, making it more suitable for many smaller print shops and printing departments, where access to the three-phase power can be limited. The DigiBook 300XLPro is now able to handle covers of over 900mm, allowing it to produce landscape SRA3 format books with spines of up to 50mm thick.

The latest updates to its bookletmaking products on show include signi cant changes to the new VF602 dual-bin vacuum feeder. Enhancements to both feeding system and so ware have been made to increase and enhance productivity. The VF602 can handle up to 540mm of stock. When one bin runs out of material the system automatically switches to the next.
