Screen expands Schneidler Grafiska distribution portfolio with Truepress Jet digital label press in Scandinavia

Screen has appointed Schneidler Grafiska AB as its exclusive distributor for the Screen Truepress Jet L350UV digital label press in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The move continues the long standing relationship between the two companies.

Schneidler, with headquarters in Sweden and branch offices in Denmark and Norway, offers clients a complete end-to-end service from supply of machines and consumables through to ongoing service and support. The company’s expertise in the print sector, grown over many decades, means that it can also offer clients real value by structuring the supply chain and streamlining a customer’s use of cutting edge products and systems.

Screen-Truepress-Jet-L350UV-digital-label-pressThe high-productivity Truepress Jet L350UV uses Screen’s high-definition CMYK+white UV inks and delivers photo-realistic quality at 50m/minute (16 sqm/min) on web widths up to 350mm. The press incorporates single-pass greyscale piezo printheads with a minimum droplet size of 3 picolitres. Printing resolutions of 600 x 600dpi combined with the very small droplet size gives sharp, well-defined images and text.

“Our appointment as the exclusive distributor of the Truepress Jet digital label press in Scandinavia is great news,” said Mattias Jaginder, Managing Director of Schneidler Grafiska AB. “The Truepress Jet L350UV is gaining strong recognition in the market and it fits very well into our strategy to work with well established brands offering market leading products.”

Brian Filler, President of Screen Europe said; “We are delighted to have Schneidler Grafiska as distributor for the Truepress Jet L350UV in Scandinavia. We have a long and successful relationship with the company, they have a real understanding of the Screen product range and philosophy, which provides huge benefits to the end-user.”

“The Truepress Jet L350UV is popular with label converters worldwide, 30 systems have already been installed and all are in maximum production and driving business growth. The press has been so successful that several companies are now investing in their second press to meet demand.”
